If you meet Jill in person, she will immediately capture you with her energy and enthusiasm. Back in 2017 she founded Bear Radio, then a Berlin based podcast collaborative for Audio in English, which has now evolved into a podcast agency. One of Jill's motivations is to bring people from "traditional" radio and people from the "new world" together so that both can thrive through diversity.
